PCM's dedication to professionalism and quality service has helped to win a number of Unisys contracts. We currently support three major contracts on their behalf.

PCM won the Unisys contract to support the DIAC in July 2007 and provides one dedicated engineer and a number of backup staff.

The Unisys contract to support the Vodafone Call Centre in Tasmania was awarded by Unisys to PCM in April 2008. We have one full-time on-site engineer and backup staff when required.

In November 2008, PCM won the contract to support all the Defence computing resources in Tasmania. We currently have two support engineers working full-time at Defence as well as three backup staff. This contract involves the support of both the Defence Restricted and Secret Networks at seven bases and two ranges throughout the State.
